The founder Debebe Hailegabriel is a former Federal
High Court Judge with more than 20 years of
experience in legal practice and consulting. With his
excellent analytic abilities and interpersonal skills,
Debebe ranks among the top legal practitioners in

In his consulting capacity, he has served as a Legal Expert in the review and drafting of national legislations and polices as well as sectoral laws. Debebe graduated in LL.M (Masters of Laws in Human Rights and Democracy in Africa) from the University of Pretoria and LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) Degree from Addis Ababa University. In addition, he has got many short term training certificates from a number of reputed institutions. He is the General Manager and owner of Debebe Hailegabriel Law office. He has more than 20 years of working experiences as a Federal High Judge and Legal consultant and attorney at law. He has also ample experience in legal research and regulatory analysis and provided these services for a multitude of clients.
Wongel Abate
Wongel graduated in LLB/ Bachelor of Laws/ from Addis Ababa University. He is an Associate lawyer at our law office. He has 19 years of experience working as a Judge of the Federal First Instance Court and Executive Director of a local non-governmental organization specialized in the promotion and protection of human rights. In the efforts to promote and protect the human rights of citizens he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the entire aspects of the Ethiopian legal system.
Rahmet Abdella
Rahmet Abdella is a graduate of Diploma in Accounting from St Mary University College. She is serving as a finance and administration manager in our law office. Management of legal service contracts signed with our clients is the sole responsibility of Mrs. Rahmet. On top of that all the financial matters of our law office are exclusively handled by this highly experienced staff of our office.
